By accessing or using MCP Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By uploading any data to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit such data for processing, and that such submission does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including privacy and intellectual property rights).
We reserve the right to impose rate limits on API calls, file uploads, and analysis requests. "Abuse" includes, but is not limited to: automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, circumvention of usage quotas, creation of multiple accounts to evade limits, and any activity that degrades the Service for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior without prior notice.
Credits are a unit of prepaid service access on the MCP Analytics platform. Each analysis report consumes a number of credits based on the module's computational complexity, as displayed before each analysis is initiated. By running an analysis, you agree to the displayed credit cost being deducted from your balance.
Credits are not legal tender or currency; are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value (except where required by applicable law); have no equivalent value in fiat currency; and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person or account.
Credits purchased through credit packs do not expire. Credits included as part of a monthly subscription plan reset each billing cycle — unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. New users receive a one-time grant of free credits upon account creation, subject to the same terms as purchased credits.
MCP Analytics reserves the right to modify credit pricing, module credit costs, and the number of free credits granted to new accounts at any time. Material changes to credit pricing will be communicated via email to active users at least 30 days before taking effect. Changes to module credit costs (which reflect computational complexity) may occur without prior notice, as they are determined by our automated scoring system.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe credits were deducted in error (e.g., a report failed to generate due to a system error), you may request a credit adjustment by contacting [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
Subscriptions to the Service are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method at the applicable subscription rate. Subscription plans include a monthly allocation of reports, access to specific module families, and AI model tiers as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Any remaining purchased (non-subscription) credits remain available after cancellation.
Upon account termination, any remaining credits (purchased or granted) are forfeited. Following cancellation, you will have a 30-day window to export your data (including uploaded datasets and generated reports) from your account. Account data will be permanently deleted 90 days after cancellation. This deletion is irreversible.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.
When you use our statistical analysis tools, your data may be processed in secure, isolated environments. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data during processing.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PeopleDrivenAI LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the requested services.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleDrivenAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PeopleDrivenAI LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS TO US, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeopleDrivenAI LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service where the amount in controversy is less than ten thousand U.S. dollars ($10,000) shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider, conducted in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST PeopleDrivenAI LLC.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
